The vision of Living Simply Well in Holmen, WI stems from over twenty years working as an advanced practice nurse. I have had the privilege to care for people and their families in the face of challenges that can be traumatic and overwhelming. Often, I am amazed at the resilience we have that rises up in adversity. As a nurse, I am a lifelong learner which has led me to discover yoga, mindfulness, prayer, sound and vibration, as well as searching for the stability of nutrition from the earth. Fresh air, observing the wonder in nature, igniting our senses in the beauty that can be found around us are just some examples of how the earth can support our healing and wellbeing. So often in my professional capacity, I am prescribing medication or diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat disease. It is my hope to transition from disease management to true prevention and wellness that can be found in the wonderful creation around us and the beautiful creation of our humanity!

Jess is a Minnesota native with a unique background working as a Health Coordinator for 21 years and previously a wellness business owner of Driftless Zen Reiki Healing for 5 years. She brings her passion for wellness and looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of others. She recently became certified as a Light Therapist from the Board Of Advanced Natural Health Sciences and excited to become the Lead in administering Firefly Light Therapy to our clients. Advanced light therapy is designed to reduce pain, support healing and restore balance–naturally. She looks forward to supporting you on your wellness journey!

She has recently decided to choose Living Simply Well as her main home in the wellness world and looks forward to serving others on their journey for healing of the mind, body and spirit. Her love and passion for holistic wellness has guided her to much happiness, true inner success and peace. Through her journey she gained a deeper understanding of her life’s purpose and is passionate about supporting and guiding others to find their true authentic selves.
